We offer clients talented and experienced professionals with unparalleled expertise in all areas of the assessment process, including educational research and evaluation, measurement and test construction, survey and self-assessment tool development, information services, and technical assistance for planning and implementing innovative programs and best practices.  We are particularly skilled in the uses of benchmarking and other continuous improvement methodologies and their application in educational settings and state and federal evaluation studies.
